We teach & specialise in teaching people of all ages from children (6yrs) to adults.

All instructors are C.R.B. registered, first aid qualified and have passed a in structor qualification course,witch requires a black belt just to enter the course. All M.E.K.A Instructors are still continuing their Martial Arts education to keep our standards high.
